Miss Gloria is rude she does not know her job and the manager backs her up when they are completely wrong. I returned some items and was told to sign my name on the top of the line when it clearly says customer signature on the bottom of the page and that's why I want to sign that she argued back and forth with me for over 2 minutes about signing the paper at the top line then she proceeded to have the manager come over and the manager told her she did it right her face expression told it all she could not even apologize to me I don't know if it was because I was black or she didn't want to be wrong. But it seems after I said to her that she's owed me apology the manager said everybody does it differently you just said over 2 minutes ago that she did it wrong. Furthermore she is slow as heck. I don't even understand why she's at the register it took her 30 minutes to do my whole order. This store is ridiculous they need better staff and clearly they need to go over the training of how to return items because they're not falling Dollar tree rules and regulations.

Love the gyro and Vietnamese restaurants. Have been a happy customer of Rosey's since 2005. Great service fair prices. All around a good place to shop. Chilli's is always good as well and a great menu. A lot of good businesses at this center.
