I came with my 1 year old and I got him the dolphin themed kids ice cream and he had ONE taste of the hard sprinkles on it and didnt want it. I told the employee that he only had one taste and asked if it can be remade without the sprinkles, the employee told me i have to pay for a new one without sprinkles. So as far as understanding that kids have picky taste buds, they arent very kids friendly on that part.

I ordered the 3 scoop Sundae with Lemon custard old fashion butter pecan and strawberry cheesecake. Carmel cherry heath bar pineapple . I did not order a banana split. I HATE banana and i had a banana in my sundae. And I was asked AND. I wanted what I paid for not a BANANA SUNDAE. She said we can't do that. It was delivered by grubhub. wasted 11.07 for something I could not eat

I pre-paid for a cake on Monday on Friday the price was eight dollars more. Shady business practices and I received no call regarding it. In addition the frost the way it was frosted when I was charged eight dollars more isn’t terrible looking And unprofessional I’ve grown up eating Baskin Robbins I just suggest you don’t go to this one

I asked for a unicorn 🦄 and got a monster. The employee didn't even bother to put the eye in the right place. The ice cream is good so two stars.
