Seats were great. However, the gratuity is included in the bill which doesn't give any incentive for the server to do a good job. We called our server twice during the movie and she never came. The food and drinks took a really long time (close to an hour wait). I wasn't overly impressed and would be likely to just go to cinema cafe next time. The wait staff at Cinema cafe is really helpful and the prices are a little better.

Very nice theatre. Family friendly I enjoyed the movie. Food was very nice but a lil pricey. Suggest if you include a whole pizza in the menu. Instead of charging an arm and a leg on 4 pieces. Thank you.

This theater is pretty unique! Sitting on the second floor of a shopping center you take the escalator up to a mood changing experience. Unlike most movie theaters this place has a full bowling alley, a bunch of pool tables, some arcade games, and a fully stocked bar. Prices for pretty much everything are fairly high, and you can eat while you watch a movie but you have to order everything before the movie because they will not come in during the movie. Those are my 2 complaints but it is definitely worth a visit!

Updated review. Not really recommended. Manager was very receptive to our issues so we returned on free passes. On our return we had different issues. Cold fries, drinks that were very flat, slow service, workers eating a container of hummus at the desk, etc. Also, pool tables are in bad shape.
