I love that it's made to order and you can customize however crazy you like it. I do wish they had the option for baked donuts as I'm not much of a fried anything type person. I might not be back but i highly recommend it for anyone wanting a fresh, warm donut!

The donuts are good, prices are super high, coffee is mediocre. The biggest issue is the waiting. I've never been to a donut shop that takes 25 min to fill an order. Three employees walking around, maybe they ran out of donuts? I'll go elsewhere.

Tim hortons can do better donuts! I found the donuts overpriced and the ice cream not THAT amazing. There were way too many options for donuts/desserts I was almost confused.

Went on Sunday morning around 830. It took them 25 minutes to make 6 cups of coffee. There's absolutely no reason that should have occurred. And that's on top on the 20 minutes we were already waiting for a dozen donuts.Your workers were struggling with the coffee machine across from the registers. Train then to operate it or replace it. And the store was not unreasonably crowded or anything like that for it to take so long. There's absolutely no valid reason I should have spent 45 minutes waiting. Completely unacceptable. Hire some ex chikfila workers or something to smooth out your order processing times.

I'd call them average. Carry out only, masks required, alcohol at the register. However the workers cannot socially distance, and there is only one entrance/exit so as you leave you're walking directly towards anyone who may be in line.
I don't believe they do.
Duck donuts has a card system to help folks that don't have their favorites in mind yet. Simply walk in and look for some index cards at the front of the counters and complementary pencils to fill in the card prior to ordering. The cashier will gladly read what you fill in. Write the number in each corresponding box for them. If you dont see a variation you want just ask them for assistance and they should get what you want made! After that you'll have to pay for your order before receiving the donuts at the other end of the counter. Duck donuts is great food for a lazy Saturday, but will put coworkers to sleep if shared at a meeting. Enjoy!
