Old guy very obviously made another waitress uncomfy, and got mad at her for where she seated us. The lobster honestly didn’t seem fresh or cleaned or anything. Me and my dad and sister who got seafood got sick, but my mom who didn’t isnt. It looks great, but also they showed me the lobster alive before I had it which made me want to throw up. Not everyone wants to see what they’re having alive before they eat it. J

It's been awhile since the last visit to Red Lobster...like before the pandemic outbreak. Decided to visit today for dinner because it was before 5:00 pm and not that many diners in the restaurant. I could really see the effect the pandemic outbreak has made with many restaurants. They looked as though they were short staff and many employees were task with more than one position. The standard of the food was not up to par or it's been that long since dining in a restaurant environment. The service was still good but the taste of the food was too salty.

Hostess sat us near an area where the floor was dirty...not good The server did apologize for that and moved us to a cleaner area The food did come out quickly...however the crab legs, broccoli and mashed potatoes were cold. It also seemed the crab legs had been sitting for a while (on the dry side) And on top of it all ...I had to ask for the crab crusher and my house salad... It was not busy so I'm just wondering why we had this experience.

Mask are needed to get seated, but once you are at your table you're good!! They have a good social distance system as well
Considering that it's a seafood specialty restaurant, the pricing is pretty average.
You may pay ahead and select curbside pickup when you place your order. Then drive up to one of the designated curbside pickup parking spots at the restaurant where you placed the order, and call the phone number indicated on the sign at the parking space to let the restaurant know you have arrived. A Red Lobster employee will bring your order hot and fresh to your car.
