I was disappointed with this place. Lots of potential and very friendly staff, but the upkeep of the property was disappointing. Trash in common areas, a lot of oxidation, cobwebs everywhere. Our apartment was not cleaned very well before moving in, paint stains on the floor, smelly fridge, oven, some cobwebs and dead spiders. I expected a lot more from a place that claims to be “luxury apartments.” I think they are implementing some things to right the ship, but as it stands now, we cancelled the lease and moved on.

Where so I start.. well first the staff are friendly but they seem a bit overworked and forgetful because our keys were not cut properly so it was near impossible getting in the door the day before our move-in so we were told that would be fixed before we moved in but it wasn’t. During the final walkthrough, the carpet was not cleaned properly so when we sat on the floor, there was animal hair all over our pants. My husband and I both have bad allergies so thats not good. Then our bathtub had what appeared to be rust stains at the bottom, lastly when we opened the patio door, there was a whole birds nest and egg in the corner. They are repainting walls on our floor (which is great because it looked horrible) but the paint fumes are strong because the hallway we now live on has no air circulation which makes the smells much stronger and unbearable. The stairwell door sensors near our unit do not work either so when we went outside we had to use another door to get back in. Also the stairwell smells like animal urine and god knows what else. Nothing about the location we are now living in feels luxury as advertised other than the amenity areas. Maybe other units are better located and we just got the unfortunate luck in living in an undesirable unit. I guess the silver lining is that the assistant maintenance manager was nice and will fix everything in our home. 🤷🏽♀️

We moved here almost a month ago and gosh I just love how quiet and nice the people are. It’s feels like almost owning your own home. The kitchen layout is my favorite since I love to cook. Will recommend this place if you are looking to rent much more upscale place.

The apartments have a beautiful updated kitchen and the pool/amenities were a nice addition to have. It is in a gated community but there were several times that I had visitors that were just let in without the gate calling and confirming that I was ok with them coming. I was in a unit that backed up directly to Dale Blvd so there was often a ton of traffic noise at all hours of the night that made it difficult to sleep. It is a dog friendly community which is great. However, there are several dog owners who don't clean up after their pets outside so you're constantly watching where you step. Some even let them go to the bathroom in the stairwells or hallway and the smell of that can be overwhelming especially in the summer. There is an issue with folks in the building stealing packages from the mailroom and I've been told management will be putting in a camera to try to manage that. There are no utilities included in rent so be prepared to pay whatever your base rent is in addition to gas, hot water, sewer, trash, pest, HOA, parking and a pet if you have one. You will have to pay for your electric separately.
