We pushed the button to order our food and waited over half an hour to order. We drove around to multiple different stalls and they were all blinking to order and nobody would respond. The one we waited at for over 25-30 minutes before driving to the other stalls. Then finally we went inside the door and they were like oh where are you guys parked at because I answered that one and no one was there. Then we went back to the car after they said they would finally take our order. Still no one. Finally someone came out with a sheet of paper and took our order. They were rude and the food was not good at all or the shakes. The tater tots were hard, cold, and had nothing in them. I would not recommend to anyone.

The Troy Sonic has officially hit the fan. For a couple months the service has been slow, incorrect, sometimes rude and the customer service from the employees have been lackluster. They had it together for about 10 months, a great staff, it seems they lost all the good ones and hired ones who don’t care. They don’t quality check and they constantly press that the order is on the way and show up 5-10 minutes later. They need a manager to clean things up, BAD.

Worst Sonic I have ever been to and I have been to many since about 1978. Took more than 45 minutes to get our food after we placed our order. This did not include the 5-7 minutes we waited after pressing the red button. Initial order was incomplete and 2 of the items were incorrect and had burnt buns. Took at least 5 additional minutes to get our drinks after the incomplete incorrect food showed up.

If there was a no star option, that's what I would give. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. The white trash can the employee was taking out honestly looked like slop buckets for hogs that hadn't ever been cleaned and they rolled it right on back into through the backdoor to the kitchen.. the foot long I ordered was so old it was almost like eating jerky.
