Management (Kim/Lucy) and staff was very nice and friendly. I drove 13 hours from Texas on vacation to Dothan Al but choose to stay at Hampton Inn Troy. This hotel follows COVID-19 restrictions and keeps everything sanitized and clean. My room was very clean and I'm one satisfied customer that will be returning. I want to recognize Quinton and Keagan two front desk staff members they where awesome & made sure I was taken care of !!!!! They have a great breakfast selection and their breakfast consist of items like: *Different flavored waffle mix and fixings, bacon, sausage, eggs, grits, oatmeal, assorted cereal, fruit, yogurt, muffins, milk, juices, hot chocolate, coffee and much more.

All staff members were very friendly. The hotel and rooms was very clean, beds were comfortable. It's also close to nice restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend a nice place to stay 👌

If you are a business professional, skip this hotel and the Marriott (same owner). [Here's my notes after staying in both.] No sense of urgency. I needed a plunger and it never came, I had to go to the office and make them look for it on the next DAY, when they said they would bring it asap. Rude personnel. If you ask for an extra day of cleaning, they will deny because they are "understaffed and covid restrictions" Although other hotels gladly comply. Breakfast used to be the one decent item, until they removed the lady in charge, now you will be lucky if you can get an oatmeal. Broken closets, bad sprinklers in the shower, weird smells coming from the plumbing. The worst thing-they don't care, because they know those are your only two options in Troy. Stay in Montgomery instead. The drive is not bad at all, nice restaurants, museums,And great hotels (Springhill suites)

General manager is very disrespectful and customer service skills. Front desk needs to be trained on handling group events and conflict. Rooms are half clean and was injured by metal piece hanging off the bed.
