Mixed feelings about it. On one hand, for it being lunchtime rush, it didn't take long to get our food. On the other hand, the food was the problem. Our burgers were not hot and our fries weren't either. I ordered a large fry and my husband ordered a medium. His was full while mine was the same as a medium size...not what I paid for. Anyways, won't be back.

Drive thru lady this morning on 4-21-2022 was extremely rude! She was mad at me though she kept getting my order wrong. If you can’t listen and take a simple orders and hate working or talking to ppl…quit. It’s that simple. Don’t get mad at me, be rude and yell at me!! Especially when I was trying to be nice and even said “thank you have a nice day”. Though you said nothing back. Please fire ppl like this! Hire quality not quantity. These are the ppl that probably cry that customers are the rude one. Definitely not the case here. Will never use this Mc D’s again and will tell others not to as well.

Will serve you what they want you to have!!! Ordered doubled fish fillet sandwich and it was not hot nor fresh. Went inside and they tried to serve me the same sandwich only microwaved!!!! Made them redo it and make me some fresh fries!!!! Poor customer service and took 20 mins of My Time
