I've gone here for years and as usual they walked me through my options and answered all of my questions! My phone was really bent and broken because my son stomped on it in a fit of rage 🙄 but they fixed the screen and frame same day and now it looks as good as new! Great prices and they even offered me & my children free sodas on the way out. I wouldn't go anywhere else, trust me I have tried and its just not the same quality at all. Best customer service!!! God bless!! I'll be back when my kids throw another fit lol 😂

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Won’t ever go back!!!! My fiancé dropped his phone off to be fixed but they said they couldn’t repair it. After being told that I went picked the phone up because of course nothing could be done. They offered me a deal to buy the non-repairable phone for about $50 bucks and use it as credit to get another one. I told them yea the first time but then declined so that my fiancé can deal with it himself. Fast forward to my camera and screws was missing from the phone. Told them about it and the guy was actually nice about giving me my camera back until I got there. It was a whole different story!!! Apparently I picked up the phone and told them to stop working on it in the middle of it which was a complete lie. The entire time I dealt with these people nothing but lies came out of their mouths. The lady who was talking to me act as if the things that happened never happened!!!! I was so over the situation to the point where I just gave up and forgot about the missing pieces to the phone that COULD’VE BEEN FIXED!!!!

Long story short we both made mistakes. They refused to own up to their part and I had to pay for both of ours. They get 2 stars because in the end the phone was fixed, but I paid twice as much as I should have to get the desired results. I'll go elsewhere next time.
