The employees are so unpleasant and rude. The only reason I go there is to make Amazon returns. I’ve been in 3 times in 3 years probably and every single time the same rude people are there. I’ll probably go to the Gonzales location from now on just to avoid their disdain for humanity in Prairieville. And now I see a sarcastic response. Customer service has really gone down the drain.

No they do not. You can call UPS directory & they can tell you the locations that offer this service.

I received a package from Amazon earlier this week, it was damaged. I contacted Amazon they sent me a prepaid return label. The replacement will be here Sunday. Can I give the delivery man the damaged item for return?

Unfortunately, its not recommended you do so. If you bring it to a UPS Store, once they scan it, Amazon is notified of your return immediately. If given directly to a driver, you run the risk of Amazon not being informed of the return and charging you for the original, sorry to say.
