Positive: Nothing good about the hotel just the location. Negative: Hotel is old and outdated. The roof was leaking on my bed and I had to stay in the room due to no free room. AC in room didn't work. It was 100 degrees outside. No soap in the room and towels turn brown afer using. Don't think I would stay there again.

This hotel needs to be renovated. It is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. The towels were really old and need to be thrown away, there was hair all in the bathroom, there literally was feces on bathroom door. This hotel was disgusting.

Positive: I have stayed at most of the hotels over the years on the 231 Troy strip over the last 17 most times twice a year and Days Inn has been my favorite choice Negative: I hope they will bring back the breakfast fully but everything was great

The door on the room was was not secure, looked like it had been kicked in several times, would not close tight, and it had a chain lock on the door. Bathroom sink was plugged up. Pillows were extremely old.
