Got my order wrong after I said it twice. Lobby was closed and drive-thru was too long to jump back into. In the age of Covid and lack of staff, poor service is becoming commonplace everywhere. But I still love Wendy’s.

If you're in the area go to the Wendy's by Target in Sewell. This Wendy's in Thorofare is always understaffed and always out of products. Last night took 30 minutes in the drive thru because they only had three people working causing the dining room to be closed.

Why Wendy? I'm guessing you just didn't realize! Made it home and not going back out, but next time I'm checking at the window. Customer Service was cool though.

Today wasn't that great. This location has been running out of items a lately and they don't tell you until after you've paid. Went for breakfast and they didn't have all the ingredients for the items we wanted. This was after we paid and left.
