I normally don't post comments/reviews on businesses but I had to create this account so I could let you know not to do business here. If you're reading this for advice, go somewhere else. The woman in the billing department at the Riverwinds locations needs customer service training. She was not only rude, she was abrupt, kept talking over me, shouting at me, to the point I had to hang up on her. I could tell she was working from home because if she was working at the office, her tone in her voice would be different. This woman needs to be supervised at all times. And from reading other reviews on different sites, I'm not the only one complaining about the billing department. It seems that they have a reputation of being rude when it comes to customers trying to resolve billing disputes. Overall I give it one star. You couldn't pay me to do business with this company.

The xray and cat scan technicians are very friendly and professional. The women behind the counter, not so much. I tried to schedule an MRI when I came in for appointment. She told me to come back to the counter after my xray (there was nobody else at the counter). I returned to the counter after the xray and once again she sent me away as if she was too busy to help me. I didn't come back and scheduled with NJ Imagining network.

This has always been my go to place for imaging, but the past few times I've come I have sat here in the waiting room FOREVER. What is the point of an appointment?? I'm writing this review as I am again sitting in the waiting room.
