Rude people at front desk. They were screaming at person in front of me at 730am. Becase she left her paperwork at home. Letting everybody in waiting room know what kind of tests she was getting. They did this for 35 minutes, making all of us in waiting room late. Then i got a mamagram. I never had anyone be more rude or rough than the woman doing the test. Worst mamagram experience ever! And i have been getting them done for more than 20 years. This office would be why many do not do mamagram screening 🙄

I went to Banner clinic as a patient because I didn't know where else to go after an ER visit at Banner. I went in to have something checked out and was told to have imaging. The order said ASAP for the imaging. I accepted Banner Clinic's referral to the Warner Banner Imaging site. First the imaging site said that my appoint would be a week out even if the order said ASAP. The reason I was told that it would take a week is so that the Imaging site could check my insurance. (that doesn't make sense to me because I have been using my insurance at the Banner clinic) But I still waited the week. A week later when my 6:45 am appointment came, I showed up on time. After waiting a half hour I was called back by an assistant. A tech met me and said that they are not qualified to provide the type of ultra sound that was ordered. I had to go to a "special imaging site". I immediately began asking why? And why didn't anyone call and tell me this. No satisfactory answer was provided. Just lame excuses. Banner has consistently been a Mickey Mouse operation when it comes to referrals etc. Apparently it is the responsibility of the Imaging Center on Warner to read the doctor's order sometime before the patient arrives. But they didn't. That lack of professionalism is why the Center gets a low score and I still like my doctor. It has been a trend that referrals and other offices and even prescriptions has been shoddy. A bad job was done with this referral and no one even considered calling me before the appointment. I guess they think its funny to turn a patient away. I expect a company like Banner when referring a patient to another Banner office would get something right. But they don't.

Great experience and worth the 30-minute drive to get imaging at the Tempe office.....although my experience with all of Banner has been top-notch. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anybody who is looking for a comfortable, friendly, knowledgeable staff and place to have any medical imaging done.

Maybe 50
It is always recommended that items that can or do have magnetic properties be removed for an MRI. Consult the medical imaging technologist on site for more detailed instruction. Always Err On The Side of Caution.
