We've been shopping here for years. Dillard's quality products is the only place to go for shopping, and there is no comparison with other brands . I have to say Dillard's garment is the best. We are very happy with its products. Very fine product. I recommend Dillard's to everyone!

Such a bad experience with shopping to dillard stockton arrogant salesman and manager knows nothing. I went to return the shoes cuz it hurts my toe and they said to me we don't return you shoes even the return labels and receipt with me.

Hi Maureen! Dillards.com does not offer alterations. However, all stores offer free alterations on full priced tailored items and unfinished pant bottoms. There is a fee required for all tailored items that are on sale and anything ready-to-wear. Ready-to-wear is limited to the following: coats - sleeves; pant bottoms - plain/cuff; and skirts/dresses - hem, sleeves and straps. For more information regarding our alteration services, contact your nearest store.
Yes there is a large plus size dept called Dillards Woman and they have larger sizes in designer labels.
They are more like Nordstrom's because of their great customer service.
