They figure out how many people they can let it in and you can't get a ticket after that !! I would think that would be no later than 9 a.m. in the morning. When I went when I went people there people had been waiting since 5 a.m. !! I had a friend that went the following day at 4 a.m. and he didn't get out until 4:30 pm !!!

My friend let his expire and 2 days ago it cost him $100. The police wrote him a ticket and I believe he has to go to court also ( more money). If you go to motor vehicle you will spend 12 hours waiting in line !!

I'm not an expert.... but don't expect to get anything done today without suffering in the heat.... it had to be 500 to 800 people in line from 5 in the morning.... we were there at 8 and didn't get out till 4:30. If you can,... wait two weeks to do any business at the DMV. I'm sure they won't answer the phone. It was 90 degrees yesterday. People were going to the bathroom after waiting 8 to 12 hours in the weeds surrounding the Deptford DMV. Bring water and ice and a lunch !! People were not spaced 6 feet apart and everyone wasn't wearing a mask.

They are going to tell you there is no excuse now that dmv is open. BUT.. They were giving you 3 months past the expiration date though last time i checked. But you know cops they'll tell you different. If you plan on going up there you have to go to thorofare and you need to get there before 530 am to get a secure spot in line today and yesterday it wrapped around the building twice

If your license is suspended for failure to appear in court but you showed up to court, you should probably get something in writing from court to take to motor vehicle.

Unfortunately no you can't. Njdmv has gotten friendlier over the years, but their hours and policies regarding restoration are ridiculous and almost designed to keep you in trouble, then add on to it. Good luck fellow tax slave.
