Superb Service. We bought a CPO car earlier this month. There were some minor issues with the car since, you know, it's a used car. Then I went to service dept. to get those issues fixed. The service was smooth and straightforward. Ruben Sanchez was our advisor. He was very helpful with efficient communication (called me every day with lasted update). Even one item on my request list wasn't cover by CPO warranty, Ruben managed to get them fixed with no charge to me (as the sales manager promised). The second time I came back for another service when I somehow got a flat tire on the loan car although I completely had no idea where I picked up the nail during my 9-miles-only drive from and back to the dealership. I was supposed to, according to the loan contract, pay the cost of replacing the flat MOE tire, which was about $380. Ruben and his manager decided to waive my obligation as a courtesy to a 2-week-new CPO owner. I really appreciate Fletcher Jones Team for their attitudes of excellent service. Otherwise, I would have paid for the most expensive 9-miles-drive in my life. So, I asked Ruben to save the nail for me when they replace the tire, and I will make a keyring with that nail!

We walked in here after feeling infuriated from shopping at a Nissan dealer. We wanted a pathfinder and they had one on the lot that was in our price point. From the moment we got there, David was so welcoming and patient as we had our two young daughters with us. When it came to financing he really guided us through the process and literally made it the easiest car buying experience we’ve ever had. Justin the manager came by and introduced himself and was so kind and welcoming as well. When it came to the signing portion, April was so thorough and really came through on finding us an even better rate than originally quoted and found us an amazing warranty on our vehicle and was able to meet us more towards what we were able to spend per month. They also matched the amount on our trade that car max did. Something Nissan refused to do. At the end they had washed our car and filled up the gas tank which is kind of a big deal with the price of gas now and being a young family. Honestly if I ever need to buy again I would absolutely come here first. We didn’t buy a Mercedes but they didn’t treat us any different than if we would have. We felt so relieved to have worked with such an easy dealer. Thank you Fletcher Jones for helping us buy our dream family car so easily!

I am so happy to rave on about my experience at this facility. I recently leased my first Mercedes at Fletcher Jones, a beautiful white GLC. I went merely for a test drive, but somehow drove out in a new vehicle. Each contact was not only professional, kind, but also impressive. Starting with Blake, for which I enjoyed his non-pressure approach, but desire to find what I was looking for. He was thoughtful and just had great energy which made me feel confident that he was the person to find me my future car. Austin, also embodied professionalism and a desire to get me into a new ride that I would be happy with. Never once did I feel pressured into anything, rather really assured that I could have confidence in the team to meet my wants/needs in a car at a price I could be happy with. Then Joey, who helped to facilitate wrapping up my current lease as painlessly as possible. I was impressed by his “let’s get this done attitude!” To finish the day up, I had to pleasure of meeting mike who assisted in the finance department, the final step to receive my keys. I enjoyed the light conversation and his warm nature. I couldn’t speak more highly of my experience and my confidence in becoming a now loyal customer. I honestly was so impressed by the attention and care I received. I would highly recommend this team and am beyond happy in my new GLC. - Sadly, two days later I was notified of low pressure to one my tires. To my horror, a nail in the tire of my brand new car. I rushed off the Fletcher Jones, had the pleasure of being assisted by Gerald. It was the end of the day, a pretty awful day for that matter, but Gerald assisted in getting it handled immediately and going nothing short of the extra mile. I even gave him hug once it was wrapped up. I actually drove away in tears due to the kind and compassion I received. From the absolute bottom of my heart I want to thank each of you for making my experience top notch. I am so impressed by the quality and care I received. I will forever be a loyal customer. Thank you again.

By "similar" do you mean a car like the hydrogen fuel cell Honda that's been recalled because the cooling system on their 2 year old design has already started coming apart, and is also being recalled because the electronics cause the car to lose all power in the middle of traffic? If so, then no, Mercedes Benz doesn't build anything like that.

If you are an online "influencer", FJMB might let you have the car you requested (or even a better one) at no charge, no deposit and free fuel as long as you mention FJMB on your blog or MySpace account. FJMB is the best!
