Be warned that this pharmacy will oftentimes NOT honor existing agreements that they have with insurance companies. As a result they will not honor exiting co-pay arrangements and they will tell you that you need to pay full price for medication. Violating contractual agreements with insurance companies is likely illegal and I will be reporting them soon.

After having trouble with CVS (waiting on phone for 20 min and then showing up just to be told it was not in stock- and to come back tomorrow) I was very happy to find a local place that you call and get a person. This is also my go to place for cards and wrapping paper....

After coming to this pharmacy a couple of trips now. The female pharmacist had taken care of my prescriptions. I brought my prescriptions in once more to the guy pharmacist. Looking at me like I'm an idiot, and patronizing me stated my prescription couldnt be filled because my doctor forgot to add a date next to his signature. Although the printed date was right above. Idk who was right or wrong I do not care. I need the antibiotics im supposed to be taking... Telling me tough luck I went back to the doctor and got the date on It. I went back to Via Lido drugs to be treated as a punk. Embarrassing me the manager wouldn't give me a reason as to why i had to leave, after trying to receive my prescription (after a MISSION of running around). I asked why I had to leave. He just simply wouldnt tell me. Either he doesn't like young adults, the drugs (pain medication) I was prescribed he wanted to give to other patients, he doesn't like filling prescriptions for people on MediCal, or maybe all the above. Anyways. As I left he Actually SHOVED me lut the door. Somebody who cares about people and their health. Total B.S. Hes a money hungry elitist who bullies younger customers. Bottom line: if you come to via lido and pick up CERTAIN medicine(s) he will NOT give them to you. If you are on MediCal he will NOT fill your prescription. If you are younger than 25, he will physically push you inside his store. I'd give it 0 stsrs if i had the option. 2 days later and no antibiotics for my spider bite. It's my fault.. I chose via lido drug
