I would give them zero stars if I could. I asked for large crickets for my 2ft bearded dragon and just because one of the employees mixed all the crickets together doesn’t mean mix the crickets they sell to the customers. So instead I got the smallest crickets which my lizard won’t even eat. And their superworms as well as their horn worms are all dead and they refuse to exchange or refund the money. Worst place to go for anything. Management is a disrespectful, lazy sorry excuse for leadership in that store.

They were not stocked enough to get everything we were looking for! Also, two employees stood in the middle of an aisle talking with a big cart also blocking The aisle and we had to wait till they moved to pass through. I even tripped on a cord that wasnt picked up. The atmosphere was detached and unprofessional.

Total waste of time and awful customer service!! I had a grooming appointment scheduled for 3 weeks and the morning of just 2 hours before they call and say the groomer won’t be making it in today and that they can “squeeze” me in tomorrow as if I don’t have other plans and want my dogs cut to be rushed.. tried to reschedule with them and they said they didn’t have anything until the 17th- 17 days away!!!! Ridiculous. Like fix what you messed up and make it right so disappointing now I know not to use outsmart for grooming!!!

When I called they said they close at 6pm and for a nail grind I should get there around 5pm. I got there at 5:15pm and they said they close at 5:30 and couldn’t do it because they have to clean the back. The girl was super rude. The nail grinding takes all of 5 minutes. You would think they could easily accommodate that. I would find somewhere else to go with friendlier more professional staff.

Yes they do, I would suggest calling ahead and asking about which hamsters they currently have in stock.
Yes
I was recently there and I did see a pair of chinchillas.
They do sometimes!
No, but the Sonoma Humane Society and Rohnert Park Animal Shelter often do.
Call them. Did not see them but did not explore the whole store...lovebirds are super pretty. Gooduck.
Yep. I was there about 3 hours ago
I'm not sure where you can go. Sorry wish I could help
I don't work for PetSmart. They are great for the products that they provide. Please go to their web site.
Yes! They have ball pythons, corn snakes, and another type I cant remember the name of!
Yes they do have food and toys for bunnies, it's a small section that includes guinea pigs and hamsters.
Yes they do. :)
