Their customer service is quite terrible. I booked an appointment that they didn't want to fulfill and so they called me to tell me that I could come in for a 15 minute consult or an all over darker color. When I told them I would just come in for an all-over darker color, they told me they didn't want to do something I obviously didn't want. Basically, they were overbooked and didn't want to do the service I'd requested, perhaps there was someone else booked for the same time who wanted something more expensive? I would have been happy to pay the price and I always tip well so I was really disappointed that they didn’t seem interested in helping me do something, anything to get ready for the school year. As a teacher I don’t have lots of opportunities to set aside hours for hair maintenance and I made the appointment at a time when I would be able to come in and not be rushed. They wasted my time and I ended up canceling to go to another salon in town that worked really hard to accommodate me that same afternoon. They did a great job. I’ve always loved Aveda salons so the fact that this one treats new clients so shabbily was a real letdown. I should add that their system charges up to the full price of the appointment if you are a no-show. I could completely understand that if they respected the time of others equally!!

Rebecca did a awesome job on my hair today. I had highlights and lowlights done and love them! She really listens and asks questions, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it turned out great! Very sweet and knows her craft.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️BEST HAIR SALON & STYLISTS IN SANTA ROSA!! This review has been a long time coming! I've been going to Leading Edge Salon for years. There are so many aspects that I love about this salon. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with a warm and friendly energy ... from the receptionists and stylists to the owner herself. It's an inclusive team working together and welcoming you into the group. LE is also a spotless, well-run and organized salon with a powerhouse of talented women! I've had the good fortune to work with the 'holy trinity' of stylists (that's what I call them :) Karen Garrett, Natalie Morrow and Jordan Kingsley. Karen has been my go-to hair adviser and stylist for years but at anytime that Karen isn't available, Natalie or Jordan step in seamlessly. I love them all 💙

Leading Edge continues to raise the bar for salons in Sonoma County. I have never been to a salon that is so warm and inviting, from the smiling faces to the warm cup of tea. All of the stylists are FANTASTIC, and the services are consistent no matter who you see. If you want a 5 star experience, this is the salon for you.
