Using your car to access public transportation is kind of self defeating. The station is clean though.

Security guard met us to make our experience better and answered questions knowledgeably. Some smokers present, CBD, etc. Unenforced rules against it. Stinks in fresh air.

It is a nice train station! The line, that runs through this station is San Bernardino Line. This line goes either to downtown of San Bernardino, or to downtown of Los Angeles. I would usually catch the train in this station, and go home from work. The prices are quite fair. Furthermore, the train station is quite clean. Adjacent, there is a parking lot, although it is payable parking lot. At the same time, there is a bus stop nearby, to catch the bus going around Rancho Cucamonga and Ontario. Definitely, if anyone needs to go to towards San Bernardino or Los Angeles, I would recommend to catch the train at this station!

It is absolutely ridiculous that a public transportation station FOR A COMMUTER TRAIN charges for parking. This is not a great way to convince people to stop driving their cars if you charge them to park. Metrolink is already expensive enough. It already costs $21.50 for a round-trip ticket from Rancho Cucamonga to L.A. Union Station. There's only one parking payment machine that might as well be camouflage as it's gray and is "conveniently" located next to a concrete wall. The machine doesn't even face the parking lot and there is limited signage (who knows how much the city has collected in parking tickets). Parking costs $4.50, which amounts to a 21% increase in the cost of taking the public transportation option.

No, it stops in Azusa.
Not sure about daily fees (it's OK for periodic parking, however, it's super expensive if you do that for the whole month). For non-residents, the monthly fee is around $30 automatically deducted. Here's the web address https://www.metrolinktrains.com/rider-info/general-info/stations/rancho-cucamonga/#parking
Usually they fix them the same day
Yes, at Union Station.
I rode one way on a weekday from Chatsworth to Rancho Cuc for $15. Weekend train rides are about $12 all day but are limited in quantity.
I Have always walked to this station, however i believe parking is free.
15 freeway
Check the times for trains travelling from SB to LA. The trains going to LA travel to the West on Track A which is the track closest to the parking lot.
