Careful what you say to Dr. Reznik! I went for an annual check-up (new patient) and couldn’t believe the $250 bill I received in the mail. My insurance has a $0 co-pay for this type of visit so I called his office to understand where this charge came from. The answer is infuriating. Dr. Reznik asked me about my medical history and current medications during the annual check-up exam. I answered truthfully that I have other doctors who prescribe my hair loss and ADHD medicine. I didn’t ask for feedback, an opinion, or a script - and yet HE CHARGED ME FOR A HAIR LOSS & ADHD CONSULTATION. I called the front office to ask why this visit was considered more than an annual check up and they bluntly told me, “if you read the waivers you signed before the visit, you’d know these additional charges may occur.” $250 for answering one question? Never going here again.

Wow, I could not be more disappointed. Despite the negative reviews on here, I made a new patient appointment 4 months out. I arrived right at the 15 min grace with all paperwork pre-filled out online and was told I had to reschedule because the doctor decided to take a half day and the next available appointment was another 3 months out. Their medical assistant Tanya came out and lectured me (saw similar remarks in other reviews). I would never trust my health to someone who runs an establishment like this. Think twice before coming here!

The sad part is it’s never the Dr but his staff. NO ONE WANTS A LECTURE when calling the doctors office. Help or go in to law where your arguing is warranted!

Whatever you do, do not visit this Doctor’s office! They will tell you that your insurance is in network when that may not be the case. If not, then they will bill you without any attempt to contact you first. As a cheery on top, they’ll send you to collections and offer no help in resolving the matter. All they want is to get paid. By far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered in the medical field. Stay far away from this so called medical practice.
