We are happy that we got to connect with Frances Fujishige, Internet Manager at South bay Toyota and got our 3rd Toyota vehicle, our 2022 Prius in nightshade trim. I have called and emailed a dozen delearships and put 3 deposits down since priuses are very hard to find nowadays and Frances was the very 1st one to call us. From the email responses, texts messaging and personal dealings, I can commend Frances for giving us the care and motherly affection that we got from purchasing our new vehicle. Not only their prices are the lowest one but with all our Toyotas, she was the only one who sat down with us and explain thoroughly the features of our new Prius. Thank you Frances. However, I only have one concern, I really like the all weather mats and our Prius comes with the carpet mat which I do not like. I asked if we could exchange it since I checked online and the carpet mats and all weather mats are the same price. I was begging them to exchange it but unfortunately they cannot. So that is just my negative comment. Otherwise, dealing with the south coast delearship is honest, direct and has a personal touch which I truly like.😀

I am a few months late, sorry SB Toyota! I’ve had all my Toyota’s serviced at South Bay Toyota since 2003 and I’ll tell you, the service staff, manager and general manager are awesome!! I was there in December and had my Sequoia serviced. They took great care of my vehicle. The car runs better than it ever did. I would not take my vehicles any where else. .
