I just took my Dad who is in his wheelchair for his biometric appointment. I want to make clear that this place was awesome and amazing. They gave him priority. I do have an issue with the agent who helped “helped” him. He was less than happy. I don’t know if it’s his job he hates, Covid, us being Discapacidad, or everything. He said zero words to us. Treating us like a mime. He never said or replied to any of my questions. Always pointing, thumbs up, shaking or nodding. NEVER verbally replied to any of my questions. I think that it’s just plain rude. Plus he looked like a homeless. I don’t want that to reflect on the center because everyone else was GREAT! If I were doing his job, I’d make sure to help people feel at ease. Be courteous especially. Applicants are already stressed, nervous and unsure when going to their appointment. The last thing they need is someone making them feel unwelcome and as if they are annoying.

Good office. Woman worker that checked my marriage certificate in the system was very nice to me. Status was updated to fingerprints taken the same day at night. Even if the office is empty, they don't let walk in for fingerprint earlier than your date (during covid). Same as two other LA ASC.

My biometrics is on Monday, 10/02/17, but i walked in today (09/29/17). I talked to the security regarding my situation, I have school on Monday, and he said that they will allow me to get my biometrics. It was really fast and finished in 15 minutes. I recommend this place, the staff are all nice and welcoming.

Quickie: + Fast and efficient + Took me earlier than my designated appointment time --- Service: The place is located on the corner of Manhattan Beach and Crenshaw with lots of parking in the square. I went to get my biometrics completed and arrived a few hours before my scheduled appointment. They let me right in around 1pm and there was no wait. I was directed to my line, followed the neatly placed arrows around the office and was out the door in about 15 minutes. Best government agency experience, ever.

I remember seeing a notice there saying they wouldn’t accept walk in people when I visited their Gardena office on June 7. Appointment required. But I think you should call them. They’re not busy at 8am. Someone should be able to take your phone call. Sorry for your loss and good luck with your application.
You need to apply for a renewal of a green card on line first. Wait for an appointment then report to the office. When you arrive to get processed they will see if your card qualify for a renewal sticker that’s attached to the back of the card. They will give you a one year extension on that card you have (if it qualifies for it). But you must start the application first.
