This police department is a whole joke. When you get assaulted you’re treated like the suspect. They don’t care about really helping people at all. If you’re in Gardena and you’re in trouble save your time. Office Gutierrez/Gutzerrez (how ever he spelled it) it a joke of a cop. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend any of them.

Neighbors decided to throw a party tonight right outside my home, and I've got work at 5AM. The police were called and came out multiple times but nothing was really done, the party just got louder and louder each time. I called them one last time and they tell me to deal with it because the party is supposed to end at midnight. Gardena has no ordinance for handling noise, I guess. Regardless they tell me they'll go out and warn them again. They didn't show up until midnight over 40 minutes later, coincidentally, when the party was supposed to end. Absolutely no help at all.
