Several riders do a yearly ride from Mooresville Rd south until it in ends in Ardmore. We stop for a biscuit at Hardee’s. Today was no exception, to our surprise the dining room was closed. The manager comes out and says he’ll get our orders and bring it to us we just can’t go inside. This all happened while the drive thru line was to highway 53. He went above and beyond checking on us several times and giving us extra water to fill our bottles for the return trip! The best customer service I’ve ever received from a fast food restaurant!

I picked up the Angus Frisco burger on a toasted sourdough bun. See the toasted bun? Neither do I. It was plain white bread. Not toasted, not sourdough. Kind of disappointing. At least the service was friendly.

Drive Thru only
Well this particular Hardee's is ran by Paradigm Investments Group the largest Hardee's franchise. They have a lot of over head. Meaning that the only ones who recive benefits are at the top. They treat store employees form the GM down horribly. They set unreal standards and treat them like dogs. So let them park closer to the door. That's all they get. Also have you seen some of the people who eat at there. They could use the extra steps.
