I am not going to let my past visit deter me from my opinion of this business, I love a great bargain which they always have, I even found drawer liner that I liked so much that I put it on my walls( that was my little secret, everyone thinks it's wallpaper) LoL 🤣😂🤣😂. It's not. Hahahaha The staff is usually friendly but my last visit just felt weird as if I was being followed, you know when someone intensionally cleans an area over and over, that was my experience my last visit, it's was just weird, not the usual friendly staff that smiles and talks to you and not at you.

Both Cashier & Manager were very nice. Cashier came out of store into lot to meet me to take my empty cart back in store. Picked up multiple items on sale in the weekly circular. Item was available and in stock.

Arrived to the store at approximately 8:29. Once I got through the door someone yelled out we are closing in ten minutes. I tried to purchase tobacco and the case was locked. The cashier went to get the key out of her drawer and then told me sorry it is locked up. So terrible customer service. How can a store stay open when they will not sell the customer item(s) they carry or by closing the doors earlier. Dollar General is definitely going to prevail !

After going three place looking for a small plastic piece under bridge of glasses that support the nose. I was relieved that the Family Dollar has a kits that helped me replace the missing plastic in which saved me a trip to glasses store. I suppose if you lose the piece on a fine Sunday and can't wait for the trip to optical store on the next day. The Family Dollar store has the kits for $2.00! Thanks for saving me so much of the trouble from discomfort!
