Great food but lousy service. Have had my last few orders messed up. Today in the drive thru, I ordered #4 tenders meal which is supposed to have 3 tenders, mashed potatoes, biscuit and sweet tea. I was handed a box with 10 nuggets. I drove off to head back to work and realized the error as I was driving. Didn’t have time to go back and get the order corrected. Previous stops have had similar results. Tired of being shorted. No longer going here unless I have time to eat in and correct the wrong order when it is handed to me.

Horrible customer service at the drive thru window. The young lady was rude with an attitude. I believe customer service training should be provided. Also, I noticed after I got home that my biscuits were not included with my 10pc family meal. However, I do want to appreciate the nice gentleman who came from the back to inform me about an item that was not prepared at the time but he was kind enough to fix it. Thank him for that. Unfortunately I did not get his name.

🙄😑 I miss the old crew from 6 months ago. The last time I went they left out my popcorn shrimp. I had to drive back, get in the drive through lane to have my order replaced. The lady at the window was pleasant about it. But I ended up not even finishing the food. The chicken no longer has flavor and has messed up our stomachs lately. We will probably travel to Murfreesboro next time.

One time I had a bomb chicken sandwich And it went downhill from there. Second time chicken sandwich was old and Mac n cheese tasted terrible. Third time, sandwich was soggy and I just had to return and get a refund because it's just not right. When I tried to go in to return, I saw they had sandwiches already packaged on the shelf which means they don't make the sandwich when you order. That's probably why the sandwich was soggy. I don't know what's going on there.

,This location like many restaurants these days are cronically understaffed. The management team at this store will fix any errors that occurr. Give them another chance and have your receipt ready.

I ordered the 16 piece meal and there was long line in front of me and I got it within five minutes after I got to the window. I got everything I ordered so it might have just been a mishap. Give them a break and always check your bag before you pull off. They normally don't give you silverware unless you ask for it.
I've only been to that location once, and it wasn't great and that is when I lived in Smyrna I know I'll go down to the one on Nolensville Road I live in South Nashville and I never have a bad experience there so it must be a location problem I would call the district manager
