Both of us had the BLT to each and dang they were good… The tomatoes were cold the bacon was warm and it was on toast not a bun and it was just wonderful and $14 . UPDATE: On July 12, the same "both of us' went to same Sonic again., placed same order (3 BLT's, 2 Large Fries, Drink). The order was repeated back CORRECTLY. (We were in Drive-Thru this visit) When we arrived at the window, a very nice young lady again repeated the order. It WAS correct as we paid. Drove 2 miles home to Hazelwood AND there ONE ORDER FRIES, ONE B.L.T. My first words were, "I cannot believe this". Then said, I don't know why as it has happened 3 other times this year. Not a big deal to many people, but I LIKE TO EAT EACH DAY. It was near 5:00 p.m. so I understand possibly busy, But did not one of the three employees think (for a second) $19 ONE BLT, ONE LARGE FRY, 2 Drinks, I was going to phone the store and request DoorDash deliver the remainder of our order. To be fair, I need to mention the numerous times this year I stopped at Sonic and the service was fast AND ACCURATE. And it is always great. Thank you Smyrna Sonic for that. ***May I please get my other B.L.T. and LARGE FRY I DID pay for on Debit Card? I believe I still have the receipt. Otherwise, an excellent community environment with great food and nice people. Rich M. , Smyrna

The meat we got on our burgers seemed like it was precooked and old. And the tots had been over cooked or maybe dropped back in the grease. I use to work fast food and I've seen it all. This was the Smyrna location off Enon Springs. The 1 in Lavergne is always great.

Meant to rate 4, not 3. 1 of 3 items was wrong, Im sure they would have corrected it if I didn't mention it because the error in flavor ordered/flavor made was still going to be a tasty treat so there was no real complaint. Next order, a few days later, got a right product, wrong (bigger) size. Mentioned it, but also told the food runner, who was very pleasant, that it was no biggie. (Because it was the size delivered on the reciept, meaning had I paid attention to the screen during ordering I would have caught it) The quality of our items have been excellent both trips. If there was a 4.5 I'd rate that, I just can't give 5 stars with 2 errors in 2 orders, but I will definitely be back and recommend to others.

After an hour of waiting they got my order wrong and when I asked them to fix it they seriously scraped the stuff that I didn't want off the burger and handed it back to me within seconds. I can tell because the bun was still soggy from the lettuce they scraped off. They just slapped two pieces of cold cheese on it like I didn't just pay money for freshly cooked unscraped food. Y'all give sonic a bad name. 😡 Stop hiring so many kids that only care about hanging with their friends and get some real adult help in there to manage them!!!!
