I cannot believe that black River is still in business.. for the past 14 to 15 years Black River has constantly disappointed everyone I've worked with .. produce already decomposing at delivery ..almost as bad as black rivers seafood. Good luck ordering from them as well. I can almost guarantee something wrong with every order... laughable customer service at best. And the only rep that I have met was useless,.. I've heard he's related to the owners so good luck holding him accountable for the bad service. And honestly the only way anyone could ever give these people a good rating, they have to be in bed with Black River . Anyone who says anything good about this company is flat out lying or just doesn't know anything about food... Sad really...

I have been in the restaurant business for 35 years and these guys at Black River know what's up. Nothing but the best seafood around, hands down.

This is a horrible company with a total lack of respect for women rights in the workforce. Please, please look elsewere for work and please if your a vendor go somewhere else for your products. You have no clue who is picking your produce at night and what they did to it before you get it. If you did you would not do business with them.

Their drivers are horrible. Truck D11 406 almost hit me today by coming into my lane.
