Website wouldn't let me create an account, so I had to check out as a guest. Then their system flagged my order as fraud because my credit card has my middle initial on it, and there are only First and Last Name boxes in the check out screen (I went through a second time to confirm this after calling the store). When I asked if they could at least hold the items for me to drive out *RIGHT THEN* the lady told me no, that they don't hold merchandise. I can't walk into a Best Buy without being harassed by sales associates, and I can't shop online because they won't take my money. Absolutely the worst place to shop. Unreal.

The store manager was incredibly nice and helpful. And the young lady that helped me, I couldn't say enough nice things about her. She was super helpful and incredibly patient as I had to call my credit card company. Kudos to those 2 individuals.

Honestly if I were writing this review a few years ago I would have rated it much lower, but WOW has Best Buy stepped up their game! They almost always have whatever electronics I'm looking for with prices equal to or lower than online only retailers. They also have a price match guarantee. I always check other retailers' prices and availability against Best Buy's... 9 times out of 10 Best Buy has items that are not only less than or equal to online retailers and available for same day pick-up, usually ready within an hour, which is super convenient if you don't like to wait for shipping. They also have a free rewards program that offers great deals and dollar discounts, you do however have to spend around $2k+ within a year to be eligible and maintain your premium status. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Years ago Best Buy wouldn't even be a thought but I am extremely happy with the things they have changed, but some negatives still remain but that's never affected my newer experiences with Best Buy. They say brick and mortar is on its way out, but somehow Best Buy has figured out the right formula for success.

Went to get some new things for a PC and had a great conversation with staff that knew exactly what I needed. The next day I had to bring back an item as it didn’t fit in my case, but the return was easy and quick! They were able to find the piece that would fit and I got that one! Very friendly staff and lots of options.

Customers are asked but not required to wear masks in to maintain 6 feet distance. Employees wear wasks and they appear to be wiping down items Periodicly mainly in the computer and cellphone areas.
