Went to the drive through and sat and waited huge line formed behind me can see the guy through the window and he sees me he's just standing there on the phone thought he was taking an order after likeb10 mins people start pulling around and go inside and leave with here food sonibdonthis the guy is on a personal phone call om the company landlines phone not helping customers some one from the back had to come up and give me my food

This location has been going downhill for a while now, but I've been blaming their gross negligence on COVID and being understaffed. Tonight was really just the last in a long line of straws breaking my camel's back. The last several orders I've had with them have been missing items, incorrect, cooked poorly, etc. I've been refused delivery even though a driver vehicle is there when I arrive to do a pickup and I live less than two miles from the location. (Yes, I know when I live that close pickup is always an option but if I want to pay more to be lazy that's my privilege as a customer and I don't want it withheld for no reason.) But tonight the website was not taking orders for this location nor could I get anyone to answer the phone, most attempts automatically hanging up on me. When I finally got on the line I was on hold for what felt like forever (but was probably only 15-20 minutes) before I got fed up. I've been a loyal Domino's customer for a long time, but since I'm geo-locked out of selecting another location I think it'll be a long time before I can be their customer again. I'll try again in a few months and update this review if anything changes.

Have never really been a Domino's Pizza person/family. But tonight was a game changer! We ordered pretty late for a week night, hoping for just something edible after a long evening and Recieved a Fast, Tasty, perfectly prepared, complete order that was 100% accurate. Delivered to my door by a super Friendly and outgoing gentleman! Definitely a satisfied customer!

It's been a long time since we've ate dominos, and tonight we decided to order from here. About $60 worth of food. We ordered 2 med, a Brooklyn fold and garlic knots. One of the medium pizzas looked like it was shaken in the box. The other pizzas were just gross. Quality is Lacking Tremendously!
