I needed an obscure item and the associate was able to point me in the correct direction immediately. When I got back to the register, the associate took me to an unoccupied register and expedited my check out. I am elderly and when I forgot to pick up my change the associate held it for me until I came back to ask for it. What more could I ask for in shopping help?

If you haven't tried out the "TUL" mechanical pencil only sold at Office Depot your missing out. The quality of this pencil is the best on the market. Don't waste your time or money on any other pencil. J.J. at checkout was very helpful and friendly.

Ordered 2 sets of Gibson dinnerware online. Received both sets broken dishes in each one. Was able to salvage 1 full set out of the 2 sets. I contacted customer service. At first they were very helpful and stated they would have them picked up which was great. I had requested 1 set the broken ones to be picked up and another set sent to me to replace the broken ones but they refused. They said they would not send me another set only pick up and refund the 1 set. The whole point in buying g 2 sets was to have a complete setup of dinnerware and in the correct amount I needed. Once I requested that no I didn't want a refund I would like another set they weren't as nice or helpful and simply refused to which I do not understand I was trying to spend money with your store buy you don't want it? The broken dishes were picked up as they stated also a credit was sent to my card but now I am left with a half of a dinnerware set which is not what I wanted at all. I ordered 2 sets because that's what I needed not just 1. The person who was trying to help was a subcontractor for them supposedly. I was definitely not satisfied with how it was handled or the customer service I received.
