While in the past I had experiences that fell under the mark of good service at this place, yesterday and today I had the very pleasant experience of being taken care by Vanessa, an outstanding employee who took care of the inspection. Yesterday she detected a couple of things I had to repair but was nice and informative about it. I went away, took care of it and came back today without an appointment and then Vanessa efficiently finsihed my inspection. No attitude, no trying to avoid work; just a downright good employee taking care of business. THANKS VANESSA!

My 21-year-old daughter needed to have her tires changed and an oil change. Vanessa was there to help her and also inspected her car for another important repair which was needed. She spoke to me by phone and was highly professional, friendly and informative. I always have positive experiences at this Pep boys!

Just wanted to start off by saying that staff here are awesome, very chill but also knowledgeable. I'm upset at myself for not getting the woman's name who assisted me but she checked my car out for the minor tire issue I had got me a spot in their garage right away and they guy who looked at the tires had it all done and they sent me on my way within 15 or so minutes. I will absolutely be returning here for any thing I need for my car that they are able to accommodate. Thanks so much for making my experience hassle free!!

I needed a battery for my F150. They said it was in stock, but about 45 minutes after I dropped it off they told me that it wasn't in stock, but they were going to another pep Boys to get one. Two days later my truck would not start. I checked the battery. They did not even clean the corrosion on the positive connector and it was loose! I wiggled it and it started. I got home and cleaned up the corrosion and tightened the terminal and it is fine now. This is auto repair 101 and they failed.

Not sure , but you could do that yourself just buy the chains or even snowcables very easy.
If the battery is purchased there it will be free depending on the car. Some cars is harder to change the battery. Call and ask the service department if your car qualifies for a free install.

Depends on the type of oil you purchase. Is it synthetic , conventional or high mileage. Each grade varies in price..
Don't think so. But conservation corp of long beach takes them on certain weekend collection events. The city trash will also collect them if you fill out the online request and wait a few weeks for a pickup.
And
I got went there to ha e my car approved for Lyft driving and I did not notice any other parts or services offered at this location.
Agreed, the store has their phone number listed, that would be the best way to find stock on a product.
