3 strikes and now I'm done with this place. I don't expect the best when I go to a place like this to get my hair cut, but I've had it with them. Strike 1) they gave me a buzz cut in about 8 minutes going as fast as they could and did a sloppy job. It was busy, so I understood and still went back because of the price/location. 2) next trip, they almost made me bleed on the back of my neck they were pushing so hard, and when they asked if it looked good... they had completely forgotten to buzz the top of my head. I pointed it out and they finished, but still, they just forgot the top of my head. Strike 3) I checked in on the app, it said 25 minutes. 2 minutes later, it said 40 minutes. I wait till it's 5 minutes before my time, go in, and they say it's still another 20 minutes. I don't know what's going on here, but I've used other great clips in the past with no issues. I can say with 100% confidence I will never be back to this location.

Don't go to this Great Clips location unless you want to take the chance of getting the worst haircut you've ever gotten. I used to cut my son's haircut until he turned 5 and was generally happy with haircuts he got here but his last time there was a terrible experience. The lady did a way worse job than I ever did. His hair was cut uneven all over. But it didn't stop there. The lady tried to cover it up by using hair products without my permission. Don't go there unless you get to pick someone who you know will not ruin your hair.

A+!!!! Great people and Great experience! I can't speak on the entire staff but Haley is definitely top notch and does awesome work. She checked with me often to make sure she was doing my hair right and made no mistakes! I will definitely be going back!!

I got my hair cut here about two months ago and I am still dealing with the horrible haircut i got here! I asked for long layers on my hair, and the lady cut it very choppy and uneven. There are drastic changes in the length from the left to the right. I have to wear it half up half down every day to cover up this monstrosity. This picture is from almost a month after so it was slightly grown out (better if you can imagine). I would personally avoid this location :)
