Went here June 17th 2022 at 3pm . They have had signs out front advertising their "Liver Lovers Meal" for a couple weeks before. I was excited cause its rare to find a KFC that still sells them. Drove across town specifically for the livers. No customers in the store but had to wait several minutes before we were acknowledged while employees chatted and ignored us. The manager finally asked for our order. I placed my order and she told me "We don't have no livers. That was just a limited time". I said " Why do you have signs out front advertising them?" She said " We just aint had time to go take it down ". (* remember, the store was empty). 2 days later, the sign is still out front.

So I see online a Bucket with the name "Side Lovers" $22 and change. I would of ordered online but everytime I do and get there to pick it up they end up not having something. So I go through the drive through. Pay get food and drive home. When I start serving, It had 4 legs 2 wings 2 breasts. No thighs and ended up with no family size Cole Slaw. This place always makes mistakes. I went back to get my cole slaw, they take an attitude and offense of you trying to get what you pay for. Then I mentioned they over charged me and showed my receipt. They say if you order at the store location the prices are higher!! Really?!. Then they said move car forward and they would bring me out my cole slaw and give me two thighs. They gave me two single sides of cole slaw not a Family Size I paid for!! I was tired of dealing with woman at the window. And you can never get anyone on the phone fax always picks up. They have no care to honor KFC's Values Quality and Customers service.

KFC has become outrageously expensive. As if that isn't bad enough, I must hold up the line of customers to check the accuracy of my order -- or else I have to drive back for replacement. That means sitting in a long line again, then checking the (hopefully corrected) order while hungry people sit behind me. Between the prices, and the problems with accuracy, it's taken away my appetite for KFC.

I don't know where to start this review. I ordered extra crispy chicken and got what looked like refried original recipe chicken the tasted like the oil was overdue a change by at least a week maybe more. The oil in the bucket was dark and burnt. The potatoes were dry and old with very thick gravy. The biscuits were not edible because they had been in the hot box for awhile. I was supposed to get fries but they did get put in the bag. It would not been worth the drive back to get them. At least the cole slaw and chicken strips were fresh. This was definitely the last time I will waste $32 at KFC.

Same as every other restaurant...if you don't feel comfortable just use the drive through 👍🏾👍🏾
