Some Rude People At The Drive Thru Window! I Ordered Steak And Gravy Biscuit And Get To Window And Cashier Says We Are Out Of Steak And Gravy Biscuit. They Did Offer Something Different But I Cannot Eat Some Items Due To Health Reasons. I Will Not Be Back

The staff was great, but I received raw food. I ordered a brownie a la mode, a small butterfinger blizzard, and 2 chicken strips. Upon biting into the chicken, I thought that I'd bitten into a fatty piece, but I soon realized that it was raw. I pulled over to wash my mouth out (in fear of getting sick) and took the following picture. This stuff happens and I get that, but I will hope that this message will help others in the future. I received a message first thing the following morning from management apologizing for the issue. The manager was polite and very sympathetic to my issue. They offered to make amends with me and were very easy to work with. People today do not want to work in one place too long, so I understand training issues. DQ of Toccoa handled this well and I appreciate their responsiveness.
