The workers seem to not like their job. We called and the phone just rang and rang, so we went to the location. They were sitting on stools eating chips. They weren't helpful, no smiles on their face and didn't seem to know what they were doing. We left and went to AutoZone and got what we needed. We won't be back to this location

I was led to believe that they would take the front rotors off and resurface them. I drove 45 minutes to the store and was then told that they don't take them off for you. I will Never go here again.

Staff is extremely a knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to products and issues with cars they do free testing they will help change headlights and tail lights it will help add oil and transmission fluid and so on by far one of the best auto parts stores in Toccoa Georgia my number one big thanks to O'Reilly Auto parts and their staff!!!
