Positive: Location hotel and staff supporting it were best! This probably cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Obvious staff owners really do their best ensure guests have clean comfortable stay. Negative: Only reason I did not give this hotel 5 stars across the board was their was no breakfast as advertised. In fairness staff did get me cup coffee and later put out pump thermos for guests. Again this effort shows willingness staff care guests.

Nothing posh here but it is clean and has attentive staff (I think it may be the owner onsite, due to the caring attitude) . The location is very close to the Falls and college. It appears safe, maintained and reasonably priced.

Small hotel. Good cleaning services when I stayed with my toddler. And they were friendly and funny. Breakfast was unique as you get to make it yourself. And it's right near Mexican restaurant and amazing waterfall on a college campus. Food variety is still 2 miles away and worth it. Small town so its quiet and worth going back

We had an extended 2 week stay here and highly recommend. Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating at all times. They make sure you're taken care of each day and respond to any requests immediately. The entire premises, inside and out, is always clean and fresh smelling. I will stay here without hesitation any time I am in need of lodging in the area. My family can't say enough wonderful things about our experience.
