This is my second attempt at a membership and I have tried to use the facility but it is ridiculous the hoops you have to go through to get help. The staff is extremely rude and the employees at the front desk are not hospitable, they lack customer service skills, they have different rules every time you go and no consistency. I have complained three times in 1 month about the customer service and I get rolled eyes or that's what they told me to tell you in training. No one ever gets up from behind the desk to assist or check on guest or the children in the center that are roaming freely, the lifeguards are lack lackluster and do not follow their own rules, they are rude and they refuse to do their own jobs. to turn on water for slides and pumps. It seems as if they are inconvenience. There is no safety or policy in place at this facility.followtheir own rules, they are and do not follow their own rules they are rude and they won't even do their own jobs to turn on water slides and pumps it seems as if they are inconvenience

Dear Parents, I’d like to share an experience I had recently with one of Kroc’s summer camps, specifically the make and take art camp that meets on Wednesdays and Fridays. My daughter attended last year and enjoyed the teachers a lot. They also led the class up until the end of June 2022. Apparently 2 other teachers were assigned to the class in July. The first day with the new teacher(s) left my daughter coming home in tears and saying she didn’t want to go back. This class was different and it took a toll on all the girls. The “new” teacher made the girls, ages 6-12, undress and dress in front of each other before swimming, not allowing them to use the stalls or even rinse off. There are a lot of body types between 6 and 12 years of age. I’m enraged this happened, especially in today’s world. My daughter said all 8 girls were scared bc they never had to do this before. She said they were so upset, even after entering the pool that none of them were up to playing and it was quiet among them. She said some girls were holding up towels for the others. My daughter didn’t want to go back if this particular teacher was going to stay. Ultimately I was able to speak to Mr. David Hannah, executive director of Kroc center, who said the teacher was informed of the policy and she would continue to teach the class. He said because she worked through another branch of the organization, he couldn’t do anything…. (and he’s the executive director). I withdrew my daughter from camp and they did reimburse me for the remaining 2 months that were pre-paid. That’s it. No termination, no position transfer, nothing. I’m absolutely furious that a stranger forced my daughter to change out of bathing suit attire, unwillingly, in front of other girls aged 6-12. Im mortified as a mom. I’m sad that the teacher took a part of her innocence in a way I had no control over. Im so disappointed in the Kroc Center and Mr. Hannah to say the least for not protecting our girls more. How dare you? This could potentially have long lasting effects on these my girl or the others. My daughter may not have a voice but I certainly do and this is not right at all. The customer service is awful. This is supposed to be a Christian organization and atmosphere. But the attitude of Some is just plain out awful.

Beautiful facility. Very kind staff. The pool cannot be beat for kids. The lifeguards are kind, thoughtful and fun. Grateful they are enforcing masks 😷 to keep our community safe. The only indoor place I feel comfortable going to right now. Easy to find quiet times if you’re willing to go off hours.
