The 3 bedroom apartment is beautiful! The 1st one is larger with its own full bath...with a soaker type of tub. Second bedroom has 2 windows, 3rd is attached to the 2nd bathroom. Large laundry room, great kitchen. The pool looks nice and clean! The grounds are kept up so nicely!

My girlfriend lives here and it is safe , well lighted, clean and you see Furman police driving through alot, which I like

My girlfriend loves here, and has since summer of 2013. Maintenance seems to be decent, since they are all employed by Furman University. They have really cleared out some of the most offensive trees, especially good for people who have significant allergies to things like pollen and mold. Not sure about the rent, but is probably higher than those comparably due to the fact that the complex is only about a mile or two away at the most.
