A year after the last review: Today is December 15, 2018. Since the beginning of this year, people from LAC-DMH have tried to reach out to my mother many many times, but they had to turn back in frustration many times, because the management refused to grant them an access to the building. LAC-DMH almost gave up my mother's treatment, because the building's so hard to get in to . My mother is now in a severe condition, as a result of not getting any proper treatments. I am writing a review about Mercy Housing apartment located at 2914 W. 8th St. Los Angeles, CA 90005, Caroline Severance Manor.
