She gave us great advice on how to get through the process of deciding what was best for us. I even called to ask what a couple of the boards were and how to use them. She knew exactly what they were and gave me options on how I could enhance my crown molding using them. I couldn’t be happier.

We were incredibly pleased to work with Ann from The Kitchen store. She designed a beautiful and extremely functional quality kitchen for us, and we couldn’t be happier. From our first meeting, Ann has been fantastic. She is diligent, very attention oriented and extremely knowledgeable. Within hours she had provided us with renderings of what our space could look like, and a meeting or two later, the design was finalized, and the cabinets were ordered. She was very skilled in utilizing the kitchen design software and was flexible regarding design modifications. One of the things that impressed us most was Ann’s ability to understand our desire for a chef’s kitchen and find creative ways to get us that. She came up with some innovative ideas for our smaller sized kitchen like adding a walk-in pantry. She listened to our ideas and helped us find the perfect match for our style and needs. I love her straightforward manner and honest opinions. We really were blown away with the quality of service, her attention to detail and the extraordinary customer service. Her follow through was fantastic and she came to our house multiple times to work with the contractor to make sure the implementation was followed to plan. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for cabinets. You will be so happy with the products and service. She invested a tremendous amount of time working with us over the course of months to make sure all the details of the design were right and she was always available when we had a questions. We love our kitchen, especially the cabinets and it makes cooking and entertaining so enjoyable.
