Customer service doesnt even deserve 1 star, specifically the Assistant manager, very rude, 30 minutes in line, (during the line the assistant manager is even arguing with all the customer instead of explaining whats taking so long), we left it in the car because its heavy and double checked first if they can ship it. when its our turn in the line, the guy told us they can take the package and scanned the label and asked us to bring it inside, but as soon as we carried it all the way inside the assistant manager told us "sorry we cant ship that" the boxes is literally 100lbs and waited for us to carry it all the way inside just to say "no" even though they said yes at first... they dont know what their doing thats why the line takes so long in here, do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else dont waste your time here.

I had to call so many times because my print order was not going through but on my end said it was printing. Joanna was so patient and helpful. Eventually everything worked out. I know Joanna and the other printer (sorry forgot her name) where doing their best to give me quality prints. I feel really good about giving them my companies business.

I literally went to send an fedex to send a document to another country. How come this people are still at work and in front office. They are called customer support people , what an attitude from Mr. Wil, he was with bad temper and he doesn’t like to hear anything from me. He talk himself and he gets annoyed and shouted at me for correcting a spelling( he was making terrible errors even looking the details into my mobile). After all these he exit his desktop and send me to different person.

Been getting ripped off at this place and never noticed until now. If you send your documents to print and go, the printer defaults to color print, even if the document is black & white. Color prints cost 4x more. Then there is the useless disinterested employees. Plenty of people working here, but several just stand around talking to each other. They'll watch you stand in line, and slowly and casually walk up when they feel like it.
