The girl working today had absolutely no interest in trying to help us, pretty upsetting. We asked her about a particular model we saw on the website and she told us to look it up... um hello, she works there, she's suppose to help us if we have any questions about their product. We literally had to drive to hawthorn to another red wings and they were so helpful.. i mean they didn't have the shoe in stock but they certainly let us know and answered all of our 3 questions

Got a part of boots from here. I had a good experience. Apparently they will clean your shoes and fix any stitches that come loose
