Our experience with the staff was good. Monica helped us for majority of our case. She is very detailed and organized. We felt like we were in very good hands. There are some improvements though, it can get a little challenging to get through to who you want to talk to when you call their office. They put you on hold for a really long time. But overall we were satisfied with the service. It is very convenient they have two locations, one in Santa Ana and the other in Los Angeles, covers both LA and OC county.

Wow. Im surprised to see postive reviews for this law firm, check out the yelp reviews as they are pretty spot on. Our experience was less than desireable. Phone calls were not returned, documents that needed to be filed were not filed in a timely manner. I witnessed the way she spoke to my mother and urged her to seek assistance elsewhere. For the amount you pay, you can at least be treated with respect. Are you going to have this review removed 3 years later like my yelp review was?
