We wish we had a crystal ball - but we don't so we can't make any promises. However, experts are predicting: 1. People are going to continue to re-evaluate their needs at home. This will lead to more moving and more activity in the real estate market. 2. Mortgage rates will stay low in 2021. 3. Home prices are expected to continue rising in Southern California. 4. Housing inventory is expected to increase, however it's unlikely it will be able to keep up with demand. We recently recorded a YouTube video discussing these points further. If you are interested in buying a home but are waiting for the prices to come down, you will probably be disappointed. Prices are expected to continue rising in 2021, but interest rates remain low.
