I called about 5 times and after 10 minutes it would automatically hang up after being on hold. I was calling to figure out how to receive medication I needed before leaving to go out of town. The last time I called, some man with an accent answered and immediately said “you called 30 minutes ago what is your question?” Sounded super annoyed with me before I could even talk. Didn’t answer or help me with anything rushed me off the phone and hung up. Very disrespectful and stressful for someone who is in need of medication and just calling for help.

Jenny behind the counter gave us terrible customer service. She should be fired.

Went in and they had a sticker on mascara on sale. When I got to the register it didn’t ring up on sale it was full price. The lady told me to go get the sticker. I did. There was also 5 other mascaras behind the one I picked. She then asked someone to help her. She said that coupon was for another kind that they were out of and if I had left the sticker on she could have given it to me at that price. The other employee said I told her to take it off. They should have just honored that price instead of causing this. I ended up not getting it. So moral of the story is just because it says it’s on sale doesn’t mean it is. Never had this issue with CVS.

Shopping on Christmas at any retail store or location of a national chain should be a extremely pleasant experience. My experience tonight at this particular location is a totally bad and the most horrible shopping experience I have ever had at a Walgreens or a CVS or any of your competitors in your marketplace or industry. I simply went to the checkout and was looking to purchase some beer and a holiday card. The person who described himself as a manager was the rudest and worst shopping experience I have ever had ever at a Walgreens in my entire life. I am a 61 year old man and your managerial representative was hands down the most horrible and angry shopping experience I heave ever encountered for a purchase at any retail environment that I can remember in decades of shopping at your brand or others that you compete with. This particular person was extremely angry and rude from the beginning of our interaction at the register from the get go. He was yelling at myself and my wife n front of several other customers who were looking to check out. Again I ma 61 years old but he pounded his finger on your signage that asks for ID for beer/wine purchases. Slamming his finger on the sign and treating me like some sort a subservient and yelling at me was shocking. And other people waiting in line left this particular location as he stated "Next person in line!!" I really don't understand how you could hire such a bad person for this job. He was vulgar and rude beyond probably any shopping experience. We went to this Walgreens location out of convenience as we were on our way home. We immediately left this particular location and went to the nearest CVS location that we could find that we normally shop at. My suggestion to you would be to make better choices in your hiring process and come to a better protocol for who you hire in lead roles within your organization. If you hate your job or want to convey anger and hate on a Christmas holiday, I am guessing that you may want to address this type of horrible, rude and loud angry behavior and never hire people that you trust to make every shopping experience a very positive one. We immediately went to the closest CVS and had a wonderful shopping experience. This individual is at this location is poison for any retail environment and the result is that you have lost a long time customer for life and I will never set foot in any Walgreens ever again. We shopped at the 3601 Bee Ridge store located in Sarasota, FL. If you are smart you will address this issue and do something about it as soon as possible.
