I went to the 5250 Clark Rd. Sarasota location, needing a COVID test because I had just found out I had been exposed. I have a high risk 83 year old living with me. I can't expose her. The pharmacy said they do them through the drive-thru (10 feet away), but I have to schedule it online. Ooookay. Try to schedule it online. I'm told no appointments available for the day. Another pharmacist then says, "Yeah, they don't accept same days after 5:00." It was 5:02. I asked if I could go through the drive-thru anyway. Nope! Way to go, CVS! I'll never darken your door again.

Tried to find a specific otc pain med not on shelf after a wait for consulyation one pharm staffer helped look again on the shelf with no luck, then she said she would get the pharmacist to help and disappeared for 10 min - when I wenr to the counter again she and all the dtaff ignored me, so I walked out. Will not return.

The cashier in the pharmacy, Laurie I believe, needs to be trained on customer service! She also needs to keep in mind that people feel very vulnerable when they are ill, and her poor attitude doesn't help!
